Produced in the region of Fornos de Algodres by the famous Queijaria do Ilídio, in the Serra da Estrela region. Cured cheese from sheep's milk of semi-soft pulp obtained by desorption after milk coagulation, and maturation process.

Cylindrical low, irregular, with lateral shaking, and a little on the upper and lower face, irregular edges. Stable and brownish yellow in color. Slightly spicy.

Multi award winning cheese.
