For your convenience, we have several ways to find the product (s) you want:

- Navigation within the Categories of the Online Shop;

- Use the "Search" field, entering the product name, brand or other search parameters ie year

- Fill in the available form if no search results are identified. Even if you have a special, hard-to-find request, we will make every effort to satisfy you through our long-standing contacts.

No. In our Online Shop, only the Bottle section is currently available. Due to the logistics of operation, other products will only appear in the future and are exclusive, at the moment, to Loja Lisboa. In any case, if you wish to order any product that may interest you, at Loja Lisboa, do not hesitate to contact us at, where we can help you to fulfill your request.

- The voucher code is valid in a single purchase and exclusive use at our physical shop (Lisbon Shop), at Rua da Betesga 1 A and B in Lisbon. The voucher with the respective code will be sent, after your request, to the email you provided. Insertion of an invalid email will prevent the receipt of the voucher. It will not be necessary to present the voucher printed at the time of purchase but simply present  the voucher and its code on your smartphone or tablet when you pay.

- The Voucher expires after  5 days, after being sent to the your email.

The Lisbon Shop is located in the wonderful area of  the Lisbon Downtown, at Rua da Betesga 1 A and B, between Rossio Square and Figueira Square. We are open from Monday till Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The purchase process in our Online Shop is simple, fast and secure!

- Just register in our website, filling in the required fields correctly. After the confirmation email, you can log in and order the products you want.

- In each article, indicate the desired quantity and click on the "Buy" button, adding products to the Shopping Cart.

- Once you have selected all the products you want, just complete the order. A summary of your order, with all shipping costs calculated (if any), will be presented before finalizing.

- After payment and confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped, receiving the respective status notifications in your email and in your reserved area.

Yes. There is minimum value of 5€, so that you can make a purchase in our Online Shop.

Under Portuguese law, all prices shown include their respective VAT rates.

The cost of shipping costs is calculated automatically when you place your order, based on the sum of the cost of packaging and the cost of transportation. The packaging cost per "standard" or larger bottle is € 2.20, € 1.00 for each 200 or 375 ml bottle and € 0.50 for each miniature bottle. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the order and its destination.

For shipping orders, we use as transportation logistics partners, CTT (Portuguese Mail), Iberomail, Mail Boxes or own shop´s vehicles.

After payment confirmation, your order will be shipped in approximately 24 hours.

Once your order is complete, you can follow its status, (awaiting payment, paid and finalized (shipped) in your customer area, in the Order History.Following the actual shipment of the order, the link provided by the carrier , if it exists, will be sent as an email with it, and can also be consulted in your Customer Area at any time. With this link you can track your order to your final destination.  We do not send status updates of the order location to customers, after its shipping.

As a general rule, after shipping, an order may take 72 hours to be delivered in Continental Portugal, about 5 working days in Europe and 5-8 days to reach the customs of the Countries in the rest of the World.

We ship to practically all over the world. If your country is not accepted when placing an order, please contact us.

We are not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to pay any seizing orders, the respective bills, as well as the payment of customs fees, if they exist. In case of return of the products, Manuel Tavares will only refund the amount related to the products, after receiving and verifying them. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering. We send to Brazil through the Post Office. We ship with a maximum of 3 bottles of 75 Cl for each order. In case the order is of more units, we will divide the order into numbers of 3, until the number of articles is reached.

The prize of each order are automatically calculated based on weight and destination. Please estimate the total purchase amount in the shopping cart.

Normally, an order for Brazil takes 7 to 10 business days to be delivered, after payment. We accept payment by bank transfer, Credit Card and Paypal. The delivery of the order is only made after the receipt of the payment.

In the event of seizure of the order at customs, this is the sole responsibility of the customers. In case of return of the products only the amount related to the returned products will be refunded.

Orders may be canceled, when expressly requested by the customer, through one of the contacts prior to shipment of the same. After confirming the order, the customer is requested to contact Manuel Tavares, in the shortest possible period of time, in order to find the most appropriate solution. - If you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the carrier and justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and notify Manuel Tavares immediately through one of our contacts.

- If, after delivery and leaving of the transportation company, you verify that any of the items is not in accordance with the order, please contact Manuel Tavares as soon as possible by sending an email to, indicating the order and its elements, attaching the images of the packaging as received and all the articles in question, so that it can be ascertained if there is anything that can be done, so that the problem can be solved.
