When the Portuguese, more than 500 years ago, set sail on the Caravelas, from the Belém Tower in Lisbon and discovered the sea route to India, they changed the World as well. In addition to the opening of new commercial routes, we presented a new and vast selection of Spices, hitherto unknown, to the rest of the World, forever changing the World cuisine.
