Produced from selected wines from harvests prior to 10 years. They are wines from the region of Bairrada. Its acidification took place in an entirely natural way, during a long aging - 10 years in 250 liters of oak wood and by the action of the bacteria that turned all alcohol into acetic acid. The unusual 10º of acidity it presents are the result of this traditional process that forms the basis of the exceptional aroma and flavor of this quality wine vinegar. Being a handmade production, "Moura Alves" vinegar is available in limited quantities.
