Corinth is a variety of berries (vitis vinifera) originally from Corinth in Greece. It has no seeds and its raisins are small and sweet. The main characteristics is its small size, its intense sweet taste and its almost total lack of seeds. Although wines are made from the corinth, the most normal use is to be used as raisins in pastry and confectionery.
