The salt flower is a cluster of crystals that forms on the surface of sea water. They are small crystals that form on the surface of the crystallization waters of the salt, being collected in special crystals of artisanal harvesting, where only a thin film of salt crystals is removed that forms on the surface of the water. It contains minerals and unique nutrients, for as well as microcrystals that facilitate digestion and have the advantage of being absolutely natural.
The use of salt flower activates the natural flavor of food.
