Ingredients: Green Gage Plums and Sugar (100g of fruit = 100g of product and 70% of Sugar)
The fruits of Elvas originate from the fact that it was in the convents of this region of Alto Alentejo where the traditional recipe was developed that uses the fresh fruits of the Queen Claudia Verde plum and figs pingo de mel, in a prolonged process of "confitagem", giving rise to a unique product. - Producer
