Quinta das Poldras is located in the famous region of Trás os Montes (North Portugal). Building its vision on the authenticity of traditional flavors, combining them with the new techniques of production and conservation and ensuring the integration of products of excellence. It results from a family project, from the use of traditions. The greatest virtue of this initiative is its character of pure pilgrimage about ancient delicacies and traditions of the Transmontanes that are intended to perpetuate and revitalize.
